Today we are trying to bring our yin practice by the wall, using gravity to help us get deeper in postures, without putting our body weight over the stretch. If you don’t have much wall space I offer variations for you to practice without the wall.
A stilling practice that cultivates a deep sense of awareness through the release of mind and body stresses. Yin focuses on releasing the connective tissue of the body (tendons, ligaments, and fascia). Poses are held for long periods, allowing the student to relax as they express patience and quiet.
Open to all levels from complete beginners to more experienced students.

For pre-recorded classes, I will not be able to monitor your practice, adjust you or in any way supervise you. You warrant that you are physically and mentally able to follow the instructions given throughout the classes.

Cancellation policy
All online class purchases are non-refundable. You do, however, have 24 hours to enjoy the class.
Sharing of Online Classes
You do not have permission to share or copy any classes which you purchase and the licence given to you to use them is purely personal in nature.
