Yoga, Mindfulness and Art Classes for Children
French
Hannah is an experienced art teacher and mother of two. She is passionate about enabling young minds to explore and discover through creative play.
She believes it is important that we allow our children this safe space that they can express and discover who they are and want to be.
Our union
Hannah and Melinda are offering a diverse selection of classes/camps filled with movement, music, art, learning and laughter. Your children will make friends, build self-confidence, and learn mindfulness techniques, while having Serious Fun.
Szepesi
Melinda has been teaching yoga classes for many years. She believes practicing yoga and mindfulness gives children the tools they need to manage their feelings in this fast paced world.
The practices will contribute to elevate children’s creativity, boost their confidence and concentration, strengthen their physical abilities and social skills.
“The most precious gift we can offer others is our presence. When mindfulness embraces those we love, they will bloom like flowers.”
~Thich Nhat Hanh
Breathe
Breathing exercises develop concentration and provide calm. Stress is naturally reduced and healthy hormones are released.
Move
Balance, body awareness and co-ordination reduce injury risk and improve sporting performance. Yoga can help children deal with the stresses of living in todays society where over-stimulation is common.
Create
Drawing, crafting, and creating with mindfulness provides an imaginative and creative framework for younger children. This allows them to develop their dexterity by connecting their hands and mind to express themselves.
Be present
Mindfulness helps the child to self regulate their emotions, reduces anxiety and builds confidence and self esteem. It is a natural way to 'tune out' from over-stimulation.
We create events filled with creative activities, yoga and games, whether it’s a:
birthday party,
special occasion,
half-term camps,
wedding entertainment,
private or small group yoga classes, on a one-off or regular basis.
