Announcing our next Yoga Retreat to the countryside in Norfolk UK
If you are feeling a lack of time to dedicate to yourself, want to deepen your yoga practice and immerse yourself in a space dedicated to self-reflection, we have designed this retreat for you!
Every day we run around trying to juggle a work/life balance and we rarely have time to completely rest. Our weekends are spent catching up on life admin and seeing loved ones. When do you have time dedicated solely to YOU?
“88% of UK employees have experienced burnout in the last 2 years”
Do you ever feel like your weekend is here: You start cleaning, doing life admin, catching up with your friends, and suddenly it is Sunday evening and you didn’t have any time for yourself?
Wouldn’t it be amazing to have a weekend when you can truly rest and recharge and go back to Monday feeling more in balance, connected to yourself, feeling strong and you just made a new group of friends?
On our retreat all your everyday duties will be taken off your shoulders, giving you the time and space needed to recharge, reflect, and focus on the magic that your yoga practice brings.
Welcome to the tranquil and unspoilt Norfolk Broads, at our gorgeous home: Fishley Hall.

“We loved to have two different approaches to yoga with two different teachers. I enjoyed learning a bit about Mandala yoga. Love the energy of Melinda and the peacefulness of Ashley.”

Extra food and/or entertainment whilst out of the house.
Can I come alone?
Absolutely! You don't have to come with someone to have fun on a retreat! You may even prefer it because it gives you the opportunity to really get to know the other guests & us hosts and have precious alone time. Our rooms can be made up into either twin or double beds so if you are coming alone, we will pair you up with someone we'd think you'd get on with (so far everyone has left with new yogi friends!!) If you are worried about sharing a room with someone, you can request single occupancy - please ask about rates and availability. The rooms are spacious and have lots of room for sharing. For travel, usually, most people end up on the same recommended train, so you’ll most likely meet each other before you arrive! About half our guests come with friends/partners and the other half come individually, you won’t be the only one don’t worry!
Do I have to participate in everything?
Not at all. This is your time to do whatever it is your heart desires!! If that means skipping yoga and going for a walk, do that! Workshops and group outings are of course optional as well, and many guests do prefer to skip them to do their own thing, there’s no right or wrong here - we provide a schedule, and you choose what you want to do - it’s your retreat.
I have food allergies/intolerance / a specific diet to follow, can you accommodate me?
Yes! Kat is an amazingly talented chef and is happy to accommodate provided we have notice. When you book with us we ask you to fill out a registration form providing anything we need to know about, including dietary preferences/needs. Our menu is 100% vegetarian, mostly plant-based (for example, there will be some eggs at breakfast and both dairy & plant milk). We have catered for vegans, lactose intolerance, soy allergy, gluten intolerance, etc, and are happy to make sure you are well-fed in the way your body needs.
Will you be providing alcohol?
No. We are not providing any alcohol, but if you want to enjoy some - please feel free to bring, or you can order while at the house. There is an extra kitchen for guest use, and it has a wine fridge. We aren’t far from the town Acle so a walk into town is also feasible to grab any extra bits you may want. Some people will be drinking, some won’t, it’s personal so please enjoy whatever your preference is!
