Saturdays at 9AM Creative Flow class in Langdon Down Centre.
It is a perfect class for you if you want to move freely on your mat, experiment, evolve or grow your practice. The practice can be challenging at times but it is up to you how far you push yourself on the day. There is space for anyone doesn’t matter the level of your practice.
I am passionate about helping you achieve new heights in your physical and spiritual practice, but it is you who will put the work in.
