How to do Vinyasa

In this video we will be looking at how to do our Vinyasa properly. This transition appears in our practice a few times but sometimes we do more of them than we would like to so here I will be showing you different options for how to practice it safely.

Remember, you can hold plank or skip a vinyasa (if you are very tired in the end of the practice). But you do want to know how to do them properly, learn to love them, and modify them if needed. Enjoy!
